今まではお呼ばれするばかりだったおせち料理ですが、ようやく準備する番が回ってきました。 この年末は大掃除をしながらのおせち作り。 茹でたり煮たり煎ったり、、、ここでも平鍋が大活躍でした！ We had long been invited for the New Year parties… (because we were young, because our kids were small, because our parents were in good shapes and so on) But this year, I had an “honor” to prepare the New Year specialties. It was kind of a tough work, but I enjoyed it a lot. I cooked so many dishes with Tetsuya’s “Hiranabe” earthenware pans!
