全ての送料はお客様負担です。
お支払い情報入力のページに配送料が「無料」と表示されますが、これは受け取りの際にお支払いいただくという意味です。
商品のカード決済が完了しましたらクロネコヤマト着払いにて発送します。
送料は購入個数やサイズにより変動します。
通常、荷物がお手元に届くまで3日から1週間程度かかります。
＜国外からのご注文＞
全ての送料はお客様負担です。
まずカートに作品を入れて、商品代金のお支払を済ませキープして下さい。
その後、こちらから送料を算出してメールでお知らせしますので、送料をお支払い下さい。
商品代金と送料両方のお支払いが完了しましたらDHLまたはEMSにて発送いたします。

<Domestic orders>
Orders will be delivered COD (cash on delivery) upon confirmation of card payment.
Shipping costs vary depending on the number of purchases.
<International Order Processing>
Otani Pottery Studio is happy to take international orders.
To place a work on hold, first put it in your cart and pay for it.
Next, pay for shipping charges (which we will inform you of based on your location).
Your order is complete once both payments (merchandise and shipping) have been confirmed.
We will then prepare your order and send it via DHL.
